Our Team

Chelsea Rodenberg, MD

“I started Parkville Concierge Medicine to share the magic I discovered on my own wellness journey. After struggling for years with weight loss, I developed an uncomplicated approach that combines evidence-based studies, injectable medications, and supplements with approachable lifestyle habits.

I believe in keeping things simple but customizing to meet the needs of each unique client. It is important to be supported through this process by people who know what they are talking about, so you can focus on what works and drown out the noise. Our one-on-one coaching is an intentional cornerstone of our practice that sets us apart in terms of the level of support our providers offer.”

Dr. Rodenberg is trained in emergency and weight loss medicine and has been practicing for 12 years. She completed her medical training at UMKC and did her residency in Emergency Medicine at East Carolina University.

Dr. Rodenberg is currently accepting clients for weight loss and wellness services.

“It sounds cliche, but I think about each individual’s health as an integrated system of mind body and spirit. Each of these areas matter so much for quality of life. How we are feeling mentally and emotionally affects physical health. And our physical health affects our emotional and mental states. Each area can bolster the others, or pull them down.

I love working with people to help support their systems, in whatever way they need. Our modern environment can often wreak havoc on all three dimensions of our wellbeing, and we have tools to level the playing field. Whether through hormone therapy or weight loss, we are not simply looking at disease, but how we can help people reach their potential to live and age with dignity on their terms.

Zadi Gillman has over ten years of clinical experience. She received a BSN from Research College of Nursing before going on to achieve a doctorate of nursing practice from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2018. She has specialty training in hormone replacement therapy from the National Procedures Institute.

Zadi is currently accepting clients for weight loss, wellness, and hormone therapy services.

Beth Collings, MSN, FNP-C

“I have been in healthcare for nearly 20 years and being able to guide people in their health and wellness journey, using tools that work, is amazing.  I have a true passion for fitness and overall health.  As a nurse practitioner, I feel that I have a great opportunity to connect with people, get to know them and their personal goals, and improve their lives.  It is truly my calling in life.

For so many people obesity and weight loss consume their lives and cause stress, depression, and anxiety.  Finding a medication that helps with cravings and portions is great, but it also improves some of the metabolic issues that lead to weight gain and improves quality of life while preventing chronic diseases.  Everyone has a different journey with weight and everyone's plan will be different.  We provide an opportunity to tailor this to your life and hope to make long standing changes!”

Beth Collings started in nursing in 2006.  After spending 9 years in the emergency room, she began her role as an NP.  A few years of urgent care and emergency room settings later, she has now been in a primary care setting for the past 7 years.  Primary care has become a passion.  Providing care for the whole person is key: get to know people on their level, find out their goals and preferences, and make a plan that actually works for them.

Beth is currently accepting clients for weight loss, and wellness services.
